*the disease that exists in which women feel they have to constantly apologize for insignificant things
*WHEN is the correct time to apologize
*that when you do apologize, you need to own that sorry, and not make excuses for what you are apologizing for
1. Stop saying “Sorry” for the next 24 hours.
2. Either observe or numerically keep track how often you hear others (probably mostly women) say Sorry throughout this same 24 hour period.
