*either getting in your head and sinking, remembering that you’ve had a problem with sinking in the past and bringing yourself to the present, being open to the possibility of it taking time, and just seeing what sinking really feels like
*it being okay to suck, and allowing yourself to feel those feelings
*those times in the process of mastering something where you feel like you’re failing
