*HOW you can implement it each morning to start your day off right

*WHAT the MORE Four is: Body (green smoothie, workout), Being (journal, meditation), Balance (text to your spouse, quality time with your kids), and Business (study then teach)



Take action and start doing your MORE Four.  Tomorrow.

Plan out how early you need to get up to make it happen.
